Where Educational Insight Meets Boarding School Know-How.

A boutique boarding school admissions practice, offering thoughtful, personalized guidance led by an expert families trust and schools respect.

Our Mission

I bring both expertise and lived experience to this work. I’m a boarding school alum and former trustee, a Certified Educational Planner (CEP)—the highest credential in our field, and I hold a Master’s in Education with certified coaching expertise. Consulting has been my career from the very beginning, and for more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching families through one of the most important educational decisions they’ll ever make. As a parent of three children with very different learning profiles—dyslexia, auditory processing challenges, and advanced academic needs—I understand just how personal this process can be. When you work with me, you work directly with me, from start to finish. And because admissions teams know and trust my approach, I’m able to engage in candid, meaningful conversations that open the door to deeper exploration and truly right-fit outcomes.

How We Work

Share Your Student

Begin by completing a brief intake form that gives me insight into your child, your family’s priorities, and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll be in touch to schedule your next step.

Parent Strategy Session

Every family begins with a one-hour, standalone Zoom conversation with Elizabeth. This session is designed to bring clarity, discussing your goals, addressing your questions, and offering strategic guidance tailored to your child’s academic profile, learning needs, and interests.

Thoughtful Direction & Next Steps

During your Parent Strategy Session, Elizabeth will outline recommended next steps based on your family's needs, whether that's a Thought Partner Session, her Admissions Advisory, or simply walking away with a clear direction. There's no obligation to continue; many families find the strategy session valuable on its own.

Elizabeth Hall is the founder of Hall Educational Resources and someone who has truly walked this road, both professionally and as a parent.

With three children who learned in very different ways, she’s navigated everything from dyslexia and auditory processing challenges to the needs of an advanced learner craving more academic stretch. That lived experience, paired with deep boarding school expertise and long-standing relationships with schools across New England and beyond, shapes her thoughtful, one-on-one approach.

Elizabeth works with a small number of families each year, and nearly 95% of her clients come through referrals from current and former families—a reflection of the trust she builds and the results she delivers. Her role is to bring clarity, calm and strategy to a process that can feel overwhelming, helping families feel confident they’re making the right next move.

And yes….she’s earned an affectionate reputation as the “horse whisperer” of school/student fit—quietly intuitive, deeply experienced, and always focused on the right match.

  • "One unexpected thing we learned about the admissions process was that many schools required SAT scores. Preparing for these exams wasn't easy for our daughter, but Mrs Elizabeth Hall recommended a tutor who helped her get strategy by the test and get excellent results. These scores significantly strengthened her boarding school application. This recommendation made the entire preparation process much smoother for both our daughter and us and saved us a lot of stress."
