Our ACE Model:School Interview Preparation for Students

On the surface, school interviews can be intimidating for students. But in reality, they are a great opportunity for them to learn as much about a school as possible.

For some students, it’s still terribly anxiety-provoking, and we strive to minimize the anxiety! We’ve found that acronyms are a terrific way to help students feel comfortable. We like to frame their conversation using our ACE acronym: Academics, Community and Extracurriculars (ACE). Encourage your student to ACE their interview by sharing about themselves AND asking questions about the school in each of these ACE areas!
